Troubled Minds cover resized againI’m excited to say the release of Troubled Minds is just a few weeks away! It’s been a long wait for me. At this point, I’m starting to forget what I wrote–but people tell me the book has some good things to say. I hope you’ll agree.

I’ll be sharing book news and excerpts here on my blog, and I’ll be doing a book giveaway to subscribers. So if you don’t already subscribe to my blog, enter your email address over on the left side of this page. You’ll get an email every time I post something here and you’ll be entered to win a free book.

Does it really get any better than that?

OK, maybe it does. But that’s the best I can do.

(Oh, and if you don’t already follow me on Twitter, you can do that here:

  1. Meg says:

I have been anxiously waiting for months for the release of Troubled Minds. As a social worker rehabilitating our mentally ill homeless citizens, as a woman with BiPolar disorder, as the director of Homeless Outreach Programs at our church, and as a devoted follower of our LORD’s teachings, I am eager to see what I can pull from this book to further my own personal growth, the growth and development of my ministries, and the effective acceptance of my church. Thank you for providing this much needed resource!! Blessings to you and much success to your endeavors.

    • Amy says:

Thank you for the encouragement! I do hope this book will help people who are waiting for it, and make a difference in the church’s response to mental illness.

  2. Karen says:

I’m also eager to read and share Troubled Minds. I’m vice president of communications for a large not-for-profit by day and work in a ministry to help families dealing with mental illness at night at Vineyard Columbus in Ohio. Both of my children have diagnosed mental illnesses – schizophrenia and bipolar II – and both have left the church.
